Impromptu Performance in Japan

While on vacation in Japan, my family and I were walking the city streets of Namba when we saw this band setting up for a street show. They hadnt begun yet and my family thought it would be fun for me to sing a song with them. I was too scared to ask because I didn’t know what tp say! I don’t know any Japanese and what if they didn’t know any English? Would we both even know the same song that we could sing together? So then my dad, with his Japanese skills, went and started telling them I’m a singer and asked if I could sing with them. They suggested the song “Hello” by, Adele and I was like, YES! Thank goodness, I knew that song super well. So I went up there, we didn’t plan . or practice and just kind of took turns singing. We attracted a pretty big crowd actually and everyone was filming! The band, Novelbright, tweeted the performance and the tweet has been trending on Twitter with now over 200K views and over 2,000 retweets! It would be so cool to see this Tweet go viral!
